Website Content Specifications

MyAffiliateMedia will not accept Websites into the Network that:

1. Display or otherwise provide:
   • adult/sexual content
   • profane content
   • hate speech/graphics
2. Engage in, promote or facilitate illegal or legally questionable activities such as pirating and hacking, spamming and infecting
3. Are under construction, hosted by a free service, personal home pages, or cannot demonstrate ownership of their domain.
4. Sponsor click-incentive programs, "get paid to surf" programs, or use resident desktop objects such as bars and window frames
5. Use timed banner rotation or other "auto-loading" methods
6. Consist mostly of forums (chat, message boards, etc.)
7. Have an excessive amount of advertising

MyAffiliateMedia ads are in English only and websites must contain English language content. Also, MyAffiliateMedia requires above-the-fold placement (banner must appear within 500 pixels from the top of the browser window).

In addition, MyAffiliateMedia may in its complete discretion refuse to serve any web site that it deems inappropriate. To insure compliance with this Agreement, any Affiliates that change their content after approval for membership must notify MyAffiliateMedia of the changes in writing immediately. We prefer you notify us ahead of time of any major changes in content or design.

Website Technical Specifications

1. A minimum of 3,000 impressions per month
2. Approval of any application for membership in the Network will be limited to the specific root URLs for which Affiliate has applied
3. MyAffiliateMedia pop-under windows cannot be launched from websites that launch more than one pop under window
4. Professional site design
5. Active user base
